Established in 2012, Date Palm Primary School is an independent Islamic institution privileged to offer primary education in Tower Hamlets, a community with a significant Muslim population. Among the few Islamic schools available, our school serves over 200 children, catering to a diverse range of educational needs.
As narrated by Abdullah bin Amr (RA), a man once asked Allah’s Messenger (SAW), “Which act in Islam is the best?” The Prophet (SAW) responded, “To give food and to greet both those you know and those you do not know.” [Bukhari & Muslim]
The Muslim is often compared to the Date Palm tree, celebrated for its abundant goodness, the consistency of its shade, the quality of its fruit, and its year-round presence. Similarly, we aim to nurture children who will bear fruit in any environment they find themselves in.
Located in Tower Hamlets, London, Date Palm Primary School continues to be a beacon of Islamic primary education.
